I know the infomercials and shoddy lineup are always an issue, but I can’t figure out why they would advertise for a school who bolted the league. I get it’s the global campus or whatever, but it might be a new low even for the cruddy channel.

this was their solution to the hottest week of the year. Supposedly ordered a part Monday to be fixed on Tuesday. 72 hours later they tell me they need to put in a new unit.

The portable AC is a temporary fix that half works at best.
