Losing 4 games so far this year sucks, but after today's big win,

I feel good about where we are, as a team and as a program. Something has clearly been wrong, and I'm not sure exactly what it is, but it was more than just turnovers. It seemed to me that we had just lost our edge, our focus, our confidence and our belief that we were among the best teams in the country. Something like that; I think many of you have seen it too, even if we can't exactly pin it down. The good news is that today, I sensed a difference right from the start. We joke about Tyler being the difference, but I think Dabo and all of the players were just sick and tired of being in that funk, and decided to fix it, and today it showed. We don't have a Trevor or Etienne or Mike Williams or Sammy Watkins; but we are still a very talented team, more talented than just about anybody we play, and there's no way we should have lost 4 games. Today we played a very good Notre Dame team, and we played our best, most complete game of the year. Something was different, and that's a real good thing. I don't know if we will maintain that edge, or slip back into the doldrums, but today gives me hope. I think we've got the players, and the right guy in Dabo to get us back on top.
I could be wrong, but that's just my very biased opinion.

Today's win definitely made me feel better as a Clemson fan. But I do think we need to make some major coaching changes in the off-season for Dabo to get us back at the top of the mountain but I don't wanna get into it again this week and beat that dead horse. Just want to finally enjoy a very much overdue win and big win at that and relax and breathe.

It's not a mystery. We don't have explosive players at the skill positions, especially at receiver. We also don't have a great offensive line, so it's hard for us to sustain drives, to make up for a lack of big plays. Then the turnovers just magnified those problems.
That's it. That's the reason. It's not because we "lost our edge." It's not because the coaches are bad. It's not because of Dabo's ego.
The good news is that we do have a good bit of baseline talent, and we have some good receivers coming in next year.

I agree. There were a lot of freshmen playing today and making a difference. That makes me think 2 things.
The future is still bright. Period
I wonder if there's some type of issue with leadership amongst the upperclassmen or maybe just a couple of them that is holding the team back. The odds were not good for us today but it felt like the good days of recent past. I even felt confident that the defense was going to hold up the last two drives and win the game like they did.
