the playoffs, you would know the house had landed in OZ. I don't think I exaggerate when I say this coaching hire you all have to make is the most important one in your schools history. Get it right, and you may be back to respectability (more 5th place rings?) in 4 to 6 years. Get it wrong, and may be two decades or more.
