Dumb trade on the surface. I assume that Robinson’s contract is up soon and can’t afford to resign

Not surprising. The NFL RB career length is only about 3-4 years. They are a commodity to the NFL.

This is a really dumb move. I would keep this guy and run him while the D is fresh. He’s a bruiser that can take a lot of punishment and get the tough yards.

Love ETN, but not sure his body will hold up to the pounding of an every down back in the NFL. I think he’s better suited to come in the 2nd quarter as a speed change when the D is tiring.

Travis gets to play all 3 downs on most every possession now. Jags get to see what he can do on a full-time basis. This will include a boatload of pass blocking. Hmmm.

Honestly, I don't think Travis should get more than ~15 carries/game. That said, IMO, they are underusing him as a receiver.

If he can stay healthy and get 20-22 touches per game by rush and receiving, he'll be a wealthy man in 2 years. It would be great to see him rewarded for staying 4 years at Clemson.
