It's on Central Ave. Straight walk from there to stadium. But races going on there so parking together might be harder than normal

What: Churchill Downs invites fans to get their game day started early with a special 3:30 p.m. Twilight Thursday eight-race program at the world-famous Louisville racetrack. With the University of Louisville and Clemson scheduled to meet at 7:30 p.m. in a nationally-televised game on ESPN at nearby Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium, Churchill Downs has moved its post time from 5 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. so fans can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Central Avenue will be bustling with activity and the pre-game party starts early in the Plaza from 3:30-6:30 p.m. featuring:

WCCP 105.5 FM, the flagship station of Clemson athletics, will broadcast The Tiger Pregame Show from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Gates open at 2:30 p.m. and Plaza is located at Gate 1 entrance.

• $1 draft beer
• Food trucks including Longshot Lobsta, 502 Café, Red Top Gourmet Hot Dogs and Tasty Tuxedo
• Live music by Americana/country artist Colin Elmore and the Danville Train
• Wagering 101 setup for betting tips and to get questions answered by expert handicappers and select jockeys and trainers

It is a simple 0.8 mile walk from CD to Stadium and parking
