Looking like FSU jurisdiction win against ACC today.

Judge is ruling in their favor so far, very long winded. Next steps to be discovery I would think and the magical mystery ESPN contract. Livestream guy said Clemson next steps are July 2 in Tobacco Road for the ACC countersuit. Then our request for a ruling by July 12 I think. ACC having pressure exerted on it. Need one more to jump ship to bring it crumbling down.

Likely will not see that ruling by July 12th due to the acc motion that their venue motion was first.

Their motion was venue was filed prior to the motion for judgement by July 12th. I’m not talking about the actual suits.

up and pay the SEC more to take Clemson then. Fox has proven they wont, as Wash and Oregon had to take half shares to join the big ten.

Neither one of those are as big a product as Clemson and FSU. They are not going anywhere for part shares at least in the long run.

Oregon’s brand value is higher than both us and FSU. They are tied with Michigan for #6.

Sankey is going to make sure ESPN is going to pay more for a 9th conference game in 26. I still think this is where CU and FSU come into play by further beefing up their TV inventory.

Well, if you're looking at money from football payout the SEC will make more than the Big when the contract gets a couple years into it.
