Rebounding is more about position than it is size. Yes, taller players don’t have as far to jump, but if you anticipate where the ball is going well and get position, size becomes less relevant.

Dude, size converts to longer arms and the ability to make first contact.
Like you said, there are other factors, but size and hustle are the only two that matter. If the bigger guy can hustle as much as the little guy, he will dominate the boards.

I think this is pretty cool. USA hasn't won this in 4 years yet no coverage on espn NCAA basketball page. Not sure how the team is picked or the talent but USA and Clemson go together like bourbon and ice. I enjoyed it.

the overall stats per game. Not a single player dominated every game which is unusual. Every game someone got hot and played well but it was a different player every game. I think this bodes well for CBB and the team for the upcoming season. It woukd make me nervous if it was Mack scoring 25+ every game.
Makes me think, if we can stay healthy, CBB might save his job for another season but might make the Tourney too. Better as a team vs a single scorer for sure!

If Brad can somehow mesh another overachieving team together to put our Tigers into the NCAAT, this season could be the steppingstone to greatness in Clemson basketball.
I don't want to get too far ahead of reality, but within 5 years the entire landscape of ACC basketball will be changed as ALL the legends retire. If Brownell survives that long, he and Tony Bennett will be the deans of coaches in the ACC.
