If we all pitch in it wouldn’t be much. Make it first come first serve on the schedule and we could take turns in the off season.
Francis Marion & Bob could share a room to save space, I can bring a mini horse for the backyard the week we play SMU.

Well I, for one, like it. From up there, been in Charleston too long I guess - anything under $1M sounds like a good deal.

Totally agree. That’s the biggest red flag I noticed.
Plus I hate carpet.
All that said, the price is not too bad. I live in the Charlotte area. It’s expensive here.

Clemson is more than 2 hours away from Charlotte. No #### Charlotte is expensive. This is overpriced for that area.

LOL. No thanks. Imagine custom-building a house this ugly. Significantly more per square foot than the surrounding area ($231 a square foot, are you kidding me?) (and I bet that includes that attic space). 10 minutes down 93 (just because the CAT bus goes near there doesn't mean its next to Clemson). It's literally the most expensive home for sale I found on a short look on Zillow in that area. But I try not to be too negative. I could always live out my King of the Hill fantasies in the concrete alleyway out back that's trying to pass for a backyard.
