Question for IT Nerds
13

I am in a jam, I was working in Windows Explorer and accidentally moved the entire network drive into one of its subfolders and the resulting paradox opened up a wormhole near the break room. Now there are dozens of strangers in 1930's garb walking around the office looking for something called a Garderobe.
Do any of you know how to reverse this, I am afraid I may lose my job if more of these people keep showing up.
TIA.

Ctrl+Z is the undo shortcut on the keyboard.
Or convince your IT manager that you should move the office to Mac products, like, yesterday.

Then, click 'Restart'. Don't perform a 'Shut Down'; that won't reset your IP, SMTP, IMAP, POP3 nor DNS.
The restart will typically flush the DNS cache so that the 1930s IP address will reset the network drive to it proper location on the SSD drive. Make sure you have the proper FAT32 and/or NTFS and enough TBs
You may want to get to the Administrator CMD prompt and type in this command "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" ... of course without the ""
Of course, if all else fails - https://sourceforge.net/projects/dban/

Type “volcano” as the screensaver text and your manager will be astounded enough to overlook any other misfortunes.

Since they're from the '30's, they will work for cheap ($1-2 per day). Obviously, they will be of no use operating a computer, so I suggest putting them in upper management.
If a man in his late 30's pops out of the wormhole on horseback, going by the name Mick, that's my granddad.

Also, if you can, save Joe's uncle from the cannibals.
If you ask me, 46 has been hitting the cannabis.

Look in the top drawer of your chiffarobe. There's a box of floppy disks back under the handkerchiefs and socks. One of those contains the information you need.

Oh yes...I've dealt with this before...in the file explorer double click C: and then open the windows folder. Start deleting everything that ends in .dll. That should clean it up.

Yes, there is a cheat code for correcting this, but you can’t trick me into giving it to you. You have to buy it just like the rest of us.

Then, open up a browser last word Hub. That will help get the issue under control.
