Listening to XM 91 and ESPN reporter that covers FSU says

Dalvin Cook is denying charges and has lawyered up. Per policy he will remain suspended until the legal process plays out. My opinion is that the female in question will drop all charges before sept. 1.

If what I read is correct, there wasn't a large group of third party witnesses. What I read said that there was 2-3 other football players, and the girl had one other friend with her. The friend of the girl corroborated what the victim told police and the football players said that Cook never hit her. This is all based off memory, so maybe I don't have all the details correct but I'm pretty sure that's what happened.
If that's the case, and there is legitimate evidence he didn't hit her (for example, no marks on his hands) then I'd say he may get off.

playing male that witnessed it as well. 28 yr old guy and he said he saw him punch her twice. He has came forward given his name and all. That will help considering the football buddies will all help Cook if possible.

Looked like she hit him first...at least in the segment of video they showed. I was sitting with a magistrate who thought that video might get him out of serious charges.

it wasn't the QB they just dismissed? There was video of that, but haven't seen anything surface from this incident. Just wondering, because would like to see it as well.
