I know many on here hate McElroy because he drops truth bombs on Dabo....but he had some very good insights yesterday on what some of our issues are on offense.
I thought McDonough was almost unhinged in his slobberfest love for all things Pitt.....just my $0.02 worth.

McElroy was his usual. I’m not a fan but he’s not the worst.
Thank goodness we weren’t playing Syracuse or McDonough would have been Gary Donaldson playcalling Bama bad.

He’s got that little brother syndrome and has it in for us for some reason. Inferiority complex because we always smoke his talentless Syracuse team? Whatever it is it’s totally uncalled for. I thought he was gonna start crying over the incidental hit to the QBs face - which WAS called a penalty. He’s worse than a dirty coot. McElroy wasn’t bad.

Listen on the radio. Lot’s better listening to the Clemson homers. Will be a little ahead of the tv but the positives are much better than the alternatives in my opinion.

Well, one thing they didn't know is it's illegal for a defender to lift the ball carrier off the ground and drop him back to the ground during the tackle. After three flags came flying in, at least they admitted the officials must know something neither one of them knew.

McElroy was one of the first to praise Clemson and Cade when our play began to turn around after the Georgia. He may be having second thoughts and is more critical. But I can’t argue with most of the criticism he dishes out.

I told my son about halfway through the 3rd quarter: "This telecast is like watching one big Human Interest Story about Pitt" because everything they say is a touchy-feely good time story about Pitt. When Clemson had the ball, they talked about the Pitt defense and when Pitt had the ball, they talked about the Pitt offense. Totally biased broadcast by 2 gentlemen who have been in the business long enough to know better, so it had to be intentional.
