The broncos need to lose as well as the jets or Steelers. If both the jets and Steelers win it doesn’t matter if the broncos lose they will make the playoffs.

Likely Broncos win. Chiefs holding out Mahomes and other starters.

Also, if Broncos lose they can still get into playoffs if Bengals and Dolphins both lose too (which may happen).

I don’t know if Jim Leonard is the right guy, but I really like the idea of getting a guy from the NFL.

College football is a different world now.

In addition to a DC, I hope we get somebody from the NFL for roster management. Not a full blown GM, but somebody that has some experience with roster management and contract negotiations.

We no longer need academic support personnel to tutor Johnny and make sure he gets good grades. We now need attorneys to negotiate contracts and manage a roster.
