Dr. Patel, cardio surgeon, had one of the ladies call me to tell me I'm scheduled for cardio cath Dec 26. On the night of Dec 25 I'm shaving that region of the netherlands to prep for it.
For all practical purposes my low BP has restricted me to rising slowly, walking the same and not undertaking task which require much physical effort. It's like being in prison for someone who aspires to meeting set goals.
I want fixed and I believe Patel can do it. Those who want to pray about this please pray that God gets what He wants out of the situation. I trust in Him and besides that, I trust Him.
Of all the times He didn't do what I wanted or didn't do it my way, I've later learned how wise and seeing He is and we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Why would you do it yourself when you can go in there and have some 24 year old (female) nurse do it for you?
They did that for me a couple years ago when I unexpectedly had to get checked out, and it was the closest thing to a hall pass from my wife that I’ve gotten in 25 years.

to make sure the incision healed correctly, no issues, etc. No doc, just a hot nurse, plops on a stool and tells me to drop 'em. Cups the bawls (with gloved hands), lifts the hammer, right, left, examine, "Everything seems to be healing nicely. Any issues, questions?"
I'm very proud of my brain for not letting this rare opportunity slip away, and unconsciously went with "there was some swelling on the left side that seems to have gone down some, and a little tender at the base" or whatever wordsalad flowed forth, don't remember, but it was good for another 25-30 seconds of handling and close examination. I'm pretty sure she was into it.

This works right I'ma need a space to dismantle a MB '85 300SD for paint prep and additional space to build a paint booth.
Prayers for the surgery are most important to me. God can handle His car anyway He pleases. I only hope that if He decides to part it out for the money I get to do the work.
