My elderly Bride had surgery to add screws into her broken foot. She is laid up for weeks, so all her many chores fall to me.
She is kinda cranky due to that, but still beautiful.
I ruptured an Achilles tendon on a 4 mile slog. My ankle is the size of a bowling ball so have to hobble in pain to get about.
I am on the porch with beer to kill the pain before I begin making Supper.
We have no kids to help out, but we are blessed in many other ways.
No big deal as the CLEMSON TIGERS won the game yesterday. Life is GREAT!
We will endeavor to persevere just like my TIGERS. This is an interesting and exciting team with flaws.
It is an exciting time to be a Tiger Fan.
The Bride and I have endured problems that make this blip look insignificant.
It is the same with my TIGERS. They have rebounded before and began doing that yesterday.
We (us and the TIGERS) will win the day. Adversity defines who we are.
