First thing I'd do is work on converting that time frame from human weeks to dog weeks.

Dabo said, on Sunday, Nick had a week to earn starting position.

On Tuesday morning Dabo the competition was over and Cole won.

So it would appear that Dabo was using a dog years scale - one human year=7 dog years

Applying that to a week - 7 human days = 1 dog day.

So, after 1 day, Dabo named Cole the starter.
