My understanding he went there because of money. Maybe he’s set now and can go where he wants regardless of money Think he really liked CU.

He is a bust. Tons of great Calufornia players though. They are up there near the tops with players in the NFL. They are close with Texas and Florida. Of course they have a huge population though. Georgia is the most impressive at 4th though if you go by populations.

he had his chance, no need to go there again. Kinda glad he left for USC after what they did on defense, or rather what they did NOT do on defense...which was tackle or make the other team actually punt the ball lol
USC was horrendous on defense last year, and Foreman still could not get on the field
I think we stick with some 3* players who can develop under elite coaching and want to get better playing for a team with a defense that is a known commodity.
