Keep things in persepctive as you go into next week

Things are never as good as they seem example- win over UGA at home by 3 points - Vandy just did the same thing

Things are never as bad as they seem - whipping by FSU

Every game is different, different matchups, different schemes, different levels of player health / confidence, etc

Think last year USc goes to Fla, fumbles the first play of the game and before anyone knew it Fla was leading
21-0. They go on to win 44-7. was Fla that much better than them probably not but they were that day

Is Fla St that much better than Clemson? probably not but they were last night. However, there is lots of football left

If you looked at the schedule and back in June someone told you Tigers would be 7-1 at this point most would love to split games against UGA and Fla St

Our perspective would be a lot better if people would not try to convince themselves that we are a top
5 program.

Absolutely right. When the schedule came out I picked us to lose 2 games: dawgs and chickens. So, if we win out that means this team exceeded my expectations, minus the ACC of course. 11 & 1 and beating the chickens and dawgs and hopefully another SEC chump in the Sugar, and how many of you will be wanting to fire Dabo then?? SEC=(S)uperior 2 (E)veryone but (C)lemson
