let's have a discussion on a spring activity.
What do you use on your lawns for spraying/fertilizing?
With the price of fertilizer I'm tempted to put the dog's boundary collars on the chickens and let them naturally fertilize.
I also purchased Cimmarron last year and will probably spray at the end of the month with that.
Also let's be clear. I have a YARD. I don't have a postage stamp lawn like tigermanac®

Worse garden I've ever had. Hardly anything grew except the beans. I'll be doing what I normally do and should have done last year.
Throw a #### ton of 10-10-10 to it, wait a week or two and plant

for fescue, prolly too early for fertilizer, but won't hurt if you put out combo fert and preemerg. I'll probably do that cause I need a little green up
of course, way too early to fertilize carpet grass, preemerg only

I'll hit my first 16-4-8 sometime round april/may, depending on the weather.
I'm the lone moodagrass yard up here. started my leveling endeavor last fall, covered it w/ rye. gone do another and roll it real good then plug/overseed rest w/ some good mooda grass.
also got a sprinkler system installed last year that's made a yuge difference.
