I realize most people on this board view Clemson as an earthly heaven. It seduced you and woo-hooed you. You let loose, probably got laid for the first time, and did a lot of stupid things before earning a degree. However, Clemson is not the only place in the country with beautiful women, a gorgeous campus, strong academics, and passion for football.
It shouldn't shock or amaze us when a recruits changes his mind. We don't seem to mind when players switch and sign with the Tigers do we? Nothing prepares them for the kind of attention, scrutiny, or pressure they receive. Everyone they talk to has a opinion and the decision they make is never in a vacuum.
Also, a kid doesn't lack integrity because he changes his mind. Whatever RN does, good luck to him. I'd rather have 85 3-star recruits who love Clemson and want to be here than 4 and 5-star guys who would rather be married to somewhere else.

recruits that love Clemson. And I really think Dabo and Clemson are making that happen.
We finally have a head football coach who understands and loves Clemson - big time. AND yes, I want players who love Clemson too.

I don't necessarily think that Clemson tops all in every category BUT I do think it is an extremely well balanced instituition that can appeal to almost everyone. I think the biggest acolade I hear about Clemson is its family atmosphere. I think this is often the biggest selling point when it comes to recruit and their parents.
FSU has some of the hottest women I've ever seen. Just sayin.

quite honestly, I'm totally impressed with Dabo and his coaching staff regarding recruiting.
That said, I really don't care that everyone else loves CLEMSON like I do. I know how CLEMSON changes one for the better, so I'm not surprised when a recruit likes what they see. What's even stranger though, is I love CLEMSON in the fall of the year. That's CLEMSON at it's best IMO. They're liking CLEMSON, and they haven't seen the best yet. Amazing.
