I’ve been thinking this for years. On Judge Keller; He was probably one of the Ken Hatfield supporters. Only Ken Hatfield could back a Natty caliber team into 9 wins. Keller was supporting Bryant over Lawrence. Stoudt over Watson. Brownell over any coach with a post season resume. The one thing we share is our love for Clemson. I’ve never been, never will be, never want to be a blind cheerleader. I bet the Judge is quicker to change coaches when it come to his retirement fund. Sports is a business. You cut the fat. You fire the underperforming players and coaches and hire winners. It’s just a fact. If he thinks Brownell is a great coach, I have some oceanfront property I’d like to sell him…

Here are the answers:
1. Hatfield was in a no-win situation here, and was treated unfairly by a lot of Clemson folks, but he wasn’t the right coach for us.
2. Lawrence over Bryant was a no brainer. It should’ve happened sooner.
3. Watson over Stoudt was also a no brainer. Should’ve happened sooner.
4. I do think Brownell is a good coach. His coaching history supports that.
