I am running low on shorts and I had a pair of old baggy ### jeans (like the ones from high school). I know ### good n well that I'll never wear them again. And also, because my legs look #### good in cut-offs.

5" inseam for runs (been gazing at some 3" ones but can't bit the bullet)
5"-7" inseam for all other shorts.
Anything else is just extra cloth.

Yea, the instructional video I watched started by saying to cut them at an angle for the hot-pants look. I had to stop at that point. Although, I could have stopped when I realized that it was a 18-20 year old black chick making the video...
