Arizona likely headed to Big12. Oregon (and Washington) already know they have tickets to Big10. The rest will play out over next few months. Playoff expansion and conference realignment were always going to go hand and hand because it’s the same group of decision makers and media providing the revenue.

he's totally out of touch with the majority of CFB fans. I would think most CFB fans embrace not only the playoff and expanded playoffs but also the drive by bigger schools and programs to break away from the luggage weighing them down and increase competition level and desirability of average games.

I disagree. I’m with him. I’d go back to 2007 in a heart beat vs what we will have in 2027. I mean I like how things were with the 4 team play off and the way the confidences were. But with the likely hood of no more PAC12, an unrecognizable ACC, the transfer portal, and NIL, it’s just not good for the fans. JMHO.
