It's not confusing to me. The way the TP works, he can transfer each year. So, isn't it basically year to year?

FYI, I never said that Dabo would not use the portal.

I said that Dabo doesn't want to, and that if he does, it isn't likely to be an impact player.

I hope Dabo has turned over a new leaf, joined the current era of college football, and is now embracing the portal to obtain players who will make a meaningful difference for our program both on and off the field.

Time will tell.

He played two seasons at Hutchinson Community College (2022 and 2023)

This past season, he played at Southeast Missouri (2024)

The NCAA's five-year to play four clock for eligibility starts ticking when a student enrolls full time at a JUCO.

Since he enrolled in school well after COVID, he would not be entitled to an additional year of eligibility.

On that basis (barring something unforeseen), it would appear that 2025 will be his final year of eligibility.

What would be the basis to get an additional year approved? Was he injured for much of one of the years at the Juco school?

It was stated that he played minimally ..I don’t know if that was injury related..someone must believe it’s at least worth a try..

The NCAA is consistently inconsistent..who knows..
