Just from my own experience dealing with elderly folks - for some reason 80 seems to be a very big physical turning point. From what I've seen - once folks reach 80 they really start to decline physically. By that I mean they get a lot slower and less steady on their feet with the eye to hand coordination being slow as well. From a mental capacity I've been around plenty of mentally sharp folks in their 80's but physically - almost all have significant slow downs.
As a doctor once told me - as we age we all tend to lose our physical and mental capacities - very rarely do they decline at the same rate...

Some of the interactions were as cold as Carter's skin.
There's a lot of ill feelings around still. Bush and Obama seemed to get along well, but there was a lot of shade thrown by several folks towards their fellow attendees.There is no love lost between the Bidens and the Harris family for sure
Need a lip reader to tell us what Obama and Trump were chatting about though Obama didn't shake the hands of the Trumps.

Whichever network I was watching made a point that Clinton and Bush weren't as outgoing as usual, but it might just their age now. There was a lot of maneuvering to avoid Trump, and it looked like Obama just drew the short straw and went out there first.
