RIP Clemson Dynasty 2015-2020
Maybe it lasts another year or two based on the players we have, but if Belichick Swinney is going to continue to be so bullheaded and never wrong just like his NFL counterpart that it is our demise. Are we still so happy about having our 11 starters back on defense? Well 2-3 have been run off, depending on which one of you is finagling the stats here. It’s obvious that Bama and OSU are recruiting at another level than us right now. And for all of you claiming that we own OSU, take a look and realize they freakin boat raced us last year and we were about four straight fortunate calls that went our way in 2019 from beating us too, do we still OWN THEM??? Don’t mean to be all doom, but once Belichick got smarter than everyone in the room, just like someone else, the dynasty ended for them!

I believe that would include a loss to #1 LSU in the Natty, a loss to #4 Notre Dame on the road in OT with up to 8 starters missing in the second half and a loss to a COVID-rested and non injured #4 OSU in the National Semifinals. That’s the kind of failure you and yours could only salivate over but you do you, Coot.

There is a middle ground. You can say that Dabo needs to get with the transfer portal to keep up, and not be a bad fan.
DK leaving is a huge loss. Realistically, he could be the difference between a playoff season and falling out of the top 10.
My point on that is that fans should be bummed about this and can overreact, but that is ok and what fans do.

The recruiting argument is just ignorant. Our recruiting during our 2 recent championship seasons was “worse” than it is now. We boat raced both of those teams with a significant on-paper recruiting rankings disadvantage.

Dabo has never run a player off the team. There have been several players who have mot abided by the rules Dabo has in place. He only enforces the rules. That's why we have a winning program, we don't need any one who is disruptive. Discipline is an important element of every aspect of our lives, beginning in our homes and extending into every facet of our lives.
