I get free stuff everywhere I go with my disarming smile full of only white teeth, exceptional looks, and sense of humor. I did not even have to pay for my McDonald's Big breakfast this morning because I had all the girls over the intercom laughing at my jokes. I told them I like my coffee thick and black , just like my women, and they all melted on the spot.
Anywho, going through life with a positive attitude and extraordinary good looks will take you very far in life. I am working on an Australian accent in my free time to up my Rizz to the next level, marry one the many young heiresses in my wealthy Enclave of Florida, and live parasitically off her Family like all the other charming, good-looking men with White teeth in this county.

because I'm comfortable in my skin, but less comfortable in my clothes as I used to be because, dang it sure is harder to watch weight after mid 50's

But for real, I have often thought about how these drugs are one of the most subtle elements of class genocide we have ever seen outside of Reaganomics.
You can only really get them if you have diamond insurance (*Jimmy brushes his shoulder off*), but they basically save you from a whole laundry list of comorbidities that eventually will strike down the poor class. Cancer, diabetes, heart disease...
