remote and was testing it in the driveway. Well sir, the down pole went past the end of my driveway and into the soft ground. I didn't realize how deep. So, when I hit the up button and it stuck, I instintively grabbed hold of the FIBERGLASS section with both hands ....These little glass shards SUCK!!

garage. (Speaking of old, I can't remember what it was now). But, I picked it up barehanded, it slipped, and I got the splinters in my hand.
Likewise, as a service project, we took on the task of putting fiberglass insulation below the floor of a mobile home. It was cold that day so I had on a jacket, sweatshirt, and t-shirt. Things were going well until I had to lay on my back while sliding on the ground to staple the insulation to the wood joists. I guess pieces of loose fiberglass got down my back between skin and clothing. I tried the cold shower to get the fiberglass out, but that didn't work too well. It took a day or so before it felt like most was gone.

Please elaborate. Can’t wait to here this story, because I have had a power pole in the past and thankfully never got it stuck in water less than two or three feet.

I stick my power pole 10 inches in the ground all of the time.... It takes three sticks though Irish curse.
I don't know what I would do without Tigernet. Or the internet. I don't know how we did it back in the day.
