Is there something stronger than "Ignore user"

Having determined that one user is a click-generating troll, possibly even a poorly written chat-bot, I decided to put them on Ignore, but I still keep seeing comments from the user. Maybe not original posts, but certainly comments.
It seems like something changed, because I think comments were hidden when I started the Ignore.

There's a little button on the upper right of every post that says "Hide Ignored

Users Posts" if you don't already have them hidden. If you do already have them hidden, the button can be clicked the other way to "Display Ignored Users Posts."

MP - this might help. Somewhere on your device there is a button for power on - power off. Try that and it should fix your issue.

You could inform the user where you live and threaten him with a beat down if he shows up in your town. I have seen this method used before.

Once you hit 5,000 a button appears that allows you to: crush your enemies, see them driven before you and hear the lamentation of their women and children. Be forewarned, there's no undo button for this.
