to let the DC and OC hire their position coaches in lieu of saddling them with what's already there? I don't know but maybe the already-in-place coaches are hindering the Coordinators being able to implement their plan (???). I expect some would be retained while others would have been let go soon after Coordinator hires.
Secondly, are there too many voices being heard from all the analysts and assistant assistants that impacts continuity of the message/scheme?
Next, are there competent eyes in the box that knows what they're looking at and seeing and can communicate down to on field Coordinators?
Lastly, take the dang ipads, tablets, whatever from the players on the sidelines. Only the coaches should have those and in some cases they need to put 'em down and do some coaching and #### chewing! Geez.
