the Supreme Court of the United States of America ruled there are no rules.
These kids have the right to make money anywhere they want as long as it isn't in the NFL. They are banned from making money in the NFL.

It is not SCOTUS job to create the framework and rules for how NIL is implemented.

Sorry you missed all the games across the nation this season, it was another great year. When the ball is put on the tee, football is the same game it always has been. Stop listening to reports about NIL and the Portal and just watch the games.

Due to recruiting and the ability to stack 5 stars for its entire existence, a draft to spread talent would be the only way to “level” the playing field like the NFL.

The Plan-demic has changed everything as we know it especially in America, it’s going to be interesting as the truth comes out.
We had so many who passionately defended it like their life depended on it when we were being lied to about so much as so many got rich as our country went for broke. It killed so many small businesses & caused so much racial division by design in my opinion.
The next year will change all our perspectives on what really happened in my opinion. It was a money grab for so many and giving cash to people who weren’t working for it might have been the biggest mistake ever for Americans work ethic.
Follow the money, it has always pointed to the greed involved. It’s killing college football 🏈

It will end when people stop watching and caring. If the money goes away then they will adapt and maybe revert back.
Even then they may just let it die because no one wants to make concessions - just look at Detroit, owners/workers would rather companies go under than give up their wage.
If CFB is a stock, I am shorting it.
