Impressed by the effort and will to win in the 2nd half

Feb 11, 2014, 10:03 PM

I was really impressed with how we responded in the 2nd half. I watch every game and can tell you that clemson has lacked confidence, but in the 2nd half and overtimes, you could tell that a different feeling was coming off the bench and on the court. KJ played his heart out. So did Harrison. Noko came through when he had the chance. If they play with that kind of passion coming back home we will see some nice wins. I will say i was disappointed with the way Filer and Josh Smith played and have developed. Its obvious Brownell is too by his expressions. Coaching isn't the problem. I was on that bandwagon, but i notice that clemson lacks efficient big men that can be a threat. Guys are open down low but never convert unless its a putback. Filer plays careless. SMith should be playing for Newberry. I hold my break and close my eyes even when he has an open layup. Go tigers!

Nnoko is getting there

It seems like almost every time he puts it up it just barely rolls of the rim. Must be frustrating for the big fella, but I think he will continue to make improvements and become a solid player for us. But no, we don't have a dominant force on campus as of yet.
