Put on a different shirt, then after the Clemson victory tonight, you'll have a backup lucky game day shirt. Problem solved.

Orange or white shirt? If it was a white shirt it's probably too late already. Chili blends into orange ok but you still need to deal with the grease.
You should be able to find Shout wipes at a drugstore, grocery store, or walmart, either with the laundry detergent or travel size items.

If you're watching the game on TV at home alone, just roll with it.
Otherwise, go shirtless, time for a new tradition.
