The best way to get JoeBi, since he can't be indicted as a sitting President, is to indict ALL of his participating family (not the minors).

Let’s say they go after Hunter, convict him, and sentence Hunter to time in the hole. (This would only happen if the Democrat party decided that a guilty conviction accompanied by a real punishment was in the Democrat party’s best interests.)
Let’s also assume that such trial, conviction, and incarceration of Hunter were to take place ~ 3 months before the 2024 election. (This will never happen. Democrats will see to it that Merrick Garland’s DoJ won’t finish the trial before Election Day, but it will be finished before Inauguration Day 2025. But please play along anyways.)
Would Joe allow Hunter to spend more than a day or two in jail? In this case, the Democrat ballot harvesting infrastructure may not be strong enough in the large population urban precincts to overcome an 80% anti-Democrat turnout in the middle size and smaller precincts.
