And I don't say that often.
Social Media is going to make these communications nearly impossible to monitor or control. I agree that it is getting out of hand...both in general, and specifically here, as a tool for recruiting. I am just not sure what can be done about it.

There's something fishy going on down there...
We bent over backwards for that kid and he really gave us the cold shoulder in the end. It amazes me that a 7-5 school picks up 3-4 5 star players out of the blue. I'd love to see Ole Mi$$ continue to be a 7-5 program the years Nkemdiche there. Hopefully they step up and win 10-11 one year and we play them in a bowl, would love to dismantle Ole Mi$$.

Momma was determined to send her baby boy to Ole Miss from the get go. She said herself that she hasn't talked to the Clemson coaches, she hasn't visited the school, and she had no reson to do so.
It was only after her first interview with the AJC where this mouthy, narrow-minded, overly-opinionated, self-serving absentee mother made it clear that her son was not committed to Clemson and would not be going to Clemson when the Board started criticizing her.

Not saying you are wrong but do you really believe this?
Too, I think it's very safe to say that a healthy percentage of the worst things attributed to Clemson fans upon the the de-commitment were by trolls and impostors. Too if the family is that close why the heck are they not actually closer. Some of it makes sense but not that much. I hope he does well. I hope Ole Miss loses frequently. If the REBELS have ACTUALLY been as dirty as many THINK they SHOULD be BURNED for it. Glad all that's over for a while. Hype SICKENS me. JMO.

How can she stay overseas for so long and maintain permanent residency? It used to be that if you got a green card and you left for two years, they would revoke it.

seeing that. Like I said earlier, this woman absolutely astounds me. To think that the best player in the country might be going to a third rate football program at a fourth rate school because his mom couldn't be bothered to make one or two visits to two different places for the two years that they will overlap. To think that she couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone if the coach of the school her son committed wanted to talk to her, let alone take a single visit. To think that she saw fit to accuse our coaching staff, again, without ever speaking to them, of applying inappropriate pressure in order to secure his commitment, and that she referenced every other program not appreciating her son "as a person" except for Ole Miss. It just boggles the mind.

If something as miniscule as this hurts coach Jeff Scott or any other potential recruits then people just need to quit being so #### sensitive. If that hurts a players/players parent upset then they don't have the moxy we are looking for. Gotta have leather skin when going threw the recruiting process and becoming an athlete in the public eye. There will always be criticism and doubters. So a comment that didn't say anything negative but only stated a "room temperature" fact. It wasn't that cold come on?!

You want to risk losing some other 5-star player because an emotional mother doesn't have "tough skin" and doesn't like the way Jeff Scott made a disrespectful tweet about RN's mom, or because it makes him seem immature?
There's no upside in making such a tweet. All downside. All risk and zero reward. So why do it?
Do you think Jeff's comment was wise and mature? Please explain.
