If you're outside the US you won't be able to watch on the app....unless you have a VPN.

I'm sure you'll have wifi, but I'm my experience it's usually spotty and not good enough to stream. I'd check the reviews for that plane/flight to see if anyone comments on the wifi speed. Good luck hope it works out!

Wifi symbol. A lot of flights do, but not all. If you have a sling box or purchase a VPN route that basically tricks your computer into thinking your in the us you can watch it. Watched some Clemson games on a Mediterranean cruise last year.

There are a number of different providers. I use one called Witopia. Got me around the Great Firewall of China, works great from SE Asia now.

When I lived in China there were a few times I had to listen to Bama on streaming radio because the Internet speed was to slow to stream video. Do some research ahead of time and find out where the radio broadcast will be streaming in case you're not able to watch.

I only fly Delta, so I can't speak for the other companies, but there is no WiFi on international flights. Sorry, perhaps AM radio works up there? IDK I haven't tried that. I usually load up on movies and just watch on my personal device. Good luck & Go Tigers!

If you can get a Slingbox (~$300) set up between now and Monday on a TV with DVR you can record the game and watch as if live whenever you get where you're going.
My first day of seminary in Malaysia was the day of the Bama-Notre Dame BCSCG. I had to record the game and shut out all contact with the outside world until I was able to watch it. The price might be a bit steep if this is a one-time thing, but I've used the Slingbox for more than three years now, so it was well worth the money for me.

nice of you to offer that info....but I gotta ask....

you're involved in the work of the church in a far off land, and yet you're on an opponents website--in your words--"stirring the poop"????
Whatever happened to "a higher calling"?? (and incidentally, I have the same low opinion of Clemson "fans" who do the same thing)
and if what you're saying is true, please be careful.....that part of the world can be dangerous for a man of the cloth

Get the pilot to tune it in and pipe it through.

This is how I listened to the 1981 UGA game when I had some problems with my C-5 and was late returning to the states. We dialed it in all the time over water.

The WiFi wasn't good enough to stream. But some of the longer flights (bigger planes) will have live broadcasts on the seat-back TV screens.
So bring some good headphones and hope for the best.

It's easy to book everything yourself, that's what I do.
If you do get internet, ESPN had a $10 all day pass to watch college football from Europe. I watched the Louisville and BC games on it last Fall.

Tried it Before

I was flying to Rome on Delta during the Notre Dame game. I tried streaming but would only work for a short time then freeze (better than nothing!). But if you are on the internet you can at least follow using "gamecast" - but that is a bit painful.
