Who exactly gets to keep the SEC arbitrary 100k fines for fans rushing the field?

Probably the "SEC office" whoever that group is.....but where does the money go to exactly i wonder.

Also, why would anyone agree to pay it....there is literally nothing they can do if you do not pay......it is an arbitrary rule that would never stand up in a court of law if you ever pushed it. A school cannot control the collective actions of 90k fans....also it is happening on your own property, you can do what you want to on your own property in reason......i would just not pay it.
