Numbers are numbers and are fine for some people, but the only number that matters is 5. Can our 5 offensive linemen block better than their 5 offensive linemen.

Yep. I too believe the battle in the trenches will decide this one. Usually the case in most games. Also, our special teams better be good, because Beamer's teams, like his dad's, are very good in this area. It was the difference a couple of years ago.

its been so awful lately that you can almost guarantee we get one kick blocked on Saturday, whether it be an XP or FG. Just hope it doesn't go the other way for points.

Let’s just go for it on 4th down unless it’s the end of half or game. Or punt and play defense. We need not do anything silly in this game to lose momentum like we did 2 years ago…

I have a feeling we are going to get physically beat. We used to play a tough, physical brand of football. The last few years we have been whipped by the likes of Duke & Louisville, not to mention being abused by Ga and Tenn. We play like a team that practices in shorts and helmets 5 days a week.

If the DL plays well and the coaches get Cade rolling out of the pocket to help the patchwork OL then we will fair well. If we go in to this game like we did the UGA game, UL game refusing to change our game plan it will get ugly fast. THATS the part I worry about. Dabo isn't much on changing a game plan he came in with.

There is no patchwork OL or DL in this game! Starters have been saved and nursed back to health while depth has been developed the last 4 games. 3-1 with multiple starters out has been impressive in spite of the numbers given up (points and yardage). The Chickens will get a rehabbed and refreshed group of starters on the OL & DL and I fully expect this advantage to show on the scoreboard Saturday!
