What would a completed project look like? I assume its a coupe but there is a sports sedan as well unless Im looking at wrong model. Is it a 500?

It's the sedan model 300 SD since I put the diesel engine/transmission in it. Yes, I pulled the wiring harness and rewire the engine, climate control, alternator, glow system...

I've been working on it ~8 yrs now. It's been a real blast.

I cut and patched the entire lower portion of the rear windshield and both quarter panels outside and replace the quarter wells in the trunk. I used sections of the skin from a not rusty car but manufactured all the adjoining sheetmetal.

I learned to weld and I'm getting fair with an HPLV paint gun. I'm a pro at sanding now after sanding the entire car several times. <img border=">">">
