I like it too secgrowa. We've missed it for a couple years. Between he and nick, we may need a couple get back coaches. Looks like he could still mix it up like nick.

Ford’s teams converted third and short with ease. The game is different now but, Clemson has gotten soft on the offensive line.

Soft as a baby's bottom. Very few of the current players have earned a Natl Championship ring. Yet they have enjoyed the perks that the 2016 and 2018 teams have brought to Clemson. And those perks can be rat poison and fabric softener.

The key will be how the players respond. I remember my basketball coach in HS when I was in 9th grade. He thought I was going less than 100% on defense in practice. He grabbed me by my jersey, got right in my face with his bad breath and spitting and yelled “if you wanna play for me you gotta play defense. If you’re gonna play good defense you gotta be the meanest son of a b!tch on the court. You got it?!?”
I took it as a challenge and did just that. We played man to man defense exclusively, and starting the next year, I had to match up with the high scorer on the other team regardless of size or position because I was the best defensive player on our team. I was almost always at a height disadvantage but it didn’t matter. I was the meanest SOB on the court. Always.
I’ll never forget that moment or that coach.

I never saw any video of previous practices so not sure how to compare but sure like the way this is starting off. The intensity will certainly show up in their on field performance.
