It's not every day a top tier D1 NCAA star basketball player gives a direct shout out to fans...so it was definitely an honor.
I've also seen the respect and love Girard has for his old coach. And for him to come out and defend his current coach that way...well...gives me a different perspective on the HC...

Than having an advocate journalist make the story about Brownell and then have all Brownell’s sycophants come flex about it on this website? And according to you and your fellow Bros Clemson is not better than that. Y’all argue Clemson is terrible and its fans should flagellate themselves before Lord Brownell for coaching, maybe, at the level a 14th year $3 million a year coach should.
At some point it will dawn on you that the ones who trash everything else about Clemson, but a single coach, aren’t the good guys in your fairy tale. Some of you are evenly openly duplicitous. Cobbox said Brownell needed “nothing less than two wins in the tourney” and that they played like “hot garbage” in the ACC tournament. Judge Keller said “PJ Hall isn’t the player we thought he was”. Clean up your little pigpen if you don’t want the slop getting everywhere.

Because that’s the persona you have chosen. You defend posters who literally trash everything about this school. JK has insulted the administration, the students, the fans, the football head coach, the football players, the football assistant coaches, our former basketball players, our former basketball coaches, and even most of Brad’s basketball players. I’ve not see him say anything positive about anything that doesn’t reflect back on Brownell. The closest is expressing indifference towards our baseball program.
My involvement in this stupidity used to be limited to providing actual statistical counterpoint to his constant ########. You’re the own that has completely personalized it after jumping to his defense. I had made no note of your account before you started talking crap to me. And it doesn’t take much review of your post history to see that you have a hair trigger and enjoy instigating crap and maintaining feuds on this board. It’s pretty much your entire shtick.
How does that make you one of the Bros? You pretend that you’re all about Clemson and that’s why you lash out the way you do. But the reality is, like with the rest of your little pack, that’s a sham. You only go after those who transgress against Brad. Otherwise, you’d have to focus most of your energy on your ringleader - Judge Keller - who has done more to disparage Clemson than any other half dozen users on this board combined.

I was responding directly to said user and felt the need to interject. I didn't create a new post. I didn't say anything directly about our. I pointed out that Judge Keller probably isn't grasping the underlying subtext of a team acknowledging that they responded to negative reinforcement. You jumped precisely in the manner I accused of in this very thread. Perhaps actually read my post and the post it is responding too before feeling the need to jump in. I respond when and as I feel appropriate. I make very few OPs. If you'd like to hear less from me the first step would be not to respond to me. The second would be to show some of the condemnation you've shown me to those throwing around false information about our programs.

I’ve never been the Fire Brad type, although the ACCT loss to BC was hard to stomach. But it sounds like the criticism has given the players a chip on the shoulder. I hope that’s enough to get us 4 more wins.
