what does that say about the job that Ellis, Barnes and Purnell did to get us in the dance? Wow! Maybe Shyatt wasn't such a crappy coach after all, and it was just the sad state our AD's put the program in. I look forward to seeing the 180 degrees our program makes once we get in the new Littlejohn.

to go from mediocre to a perennial tournament team, $CU would have leveled the cockroach and started over decades ago.

When "the cockroach" was built, it was supposed to do for them what some think a new facility in Clemson will do for us. It didn't do much for them, and hasn't since, and I doubt ours makes any difference, either, other than catching the eye of some recruits, but we will see. I hope it helps more than we think. If facilities were all it takes, the Atlanta Falcons, and the Hawks would have had better records.

Umm, both the Georgia Dome and Phillips Arena are outdated.

And even if they weren't, pro sports are very different from college sports regarding getting players on your team.

Be real. Brownell is still dealing with the failures of Purnell. Plus Barnes left and said bad things about the public schools in Clemson.

We hate them. Did you not get the memo?
