Along with premier freshmen able to jump right in and PLAY. See TJ Parker, PWoo, and more this year on fervent, then the offensive line needing help he's ripe for the same. Come in and play. But, earn that spot. Can't he hang with that? Not some money game I hope!

Very interesting article! It seems clear that the football players only go there with the hope of making it to the NFL. That’s a huge difference between Clemson and others-Dabo is truly invested in ensuring the players get their education as evidenced by the number that graduate early! Go Tigers!!!

I doubt Kirby was “selling” it. He was probably giving reasons why someone who is interested in playing school should not discount UGA. It is a good school, there football players just don’t graduate.

I agree. The school is more difficult to get into than Clemson and ranked higher academically. The better the football team does on the field the more applications the school gets from better students raising the academic ranking. Academic performance of the student athletes not a priority for them.

Per Grizzard, nobody could compete with the ease of getting a Georgia diploma.

But, he did clarify that you had to drive slowly through the Georgia campus with your car windows DOWN for them to throw a Bulldog diploma in there. The "drive slowly" part may be too much to compute these days!
