would he still be given a pass for the baseball teams performance? IMHO, I think his seat would be so hot his britches would be on fire. :)

I hope his seat is still hot. He hasn't done anything to lock up his spot. No national titles. Heck the program was at a higher level when he took it over. If FSU forced Bowden out and Michigan fired Lloyd Carr, then Leggett has to go. I understand it's two different sports but it's the same concept. Those guys won a national championship and their fate was still sealed when their programs fell into mediocrity. Clemson baseball should be held in the same regard. But that's just my opinion.
