What makes you say that. ND will be playing five ACC teams on a permanent basis. Clemson will be one, along with Boston College and Miami. I would assume that FSU will be another and probably GT for the fifth.

Also, they voted to up the exit penalty to something around 50 million, so I don't see where that thought would come from.

No.. they will be playing 5 acc teams annually.. it will be on a rotating basis and every 3 years they will have faced all ACC teams. I imagine BC would be an annual game, and there will be 4 rotating games each year.
