Critical thinking skills

So, if you are a critical thinker that would lead to the logical question: Why is it for three years we have had inexperienced QB's learning on the job for the last 3 years? Why have we had QB's with happy feet that can't read through their progressions? Or are obviously being told to throw to the first read? Why do we not have a 4th or 5th year senior starting at QB? Why do we not have at least an experienced Junior starting at QB? How did we go from wide receiver U to being a below average offense?

I have the answer or answers. Do you?
