You can easily find information on how this works. The basic flow is that the us sends weapons/ammo from a defense contractor, the Us pays the bills for those things, the defense contractor pays the politicians in various ways (insider info, salaries to family members, high speaker fees for Bs speeches, signing bonuses for books, purchases of worthless art from Hunter Biden, etc)

Yeah there's a reason politicians are so eager to spend money. They know they, their businesses, their reelection campaigns, their families, etc are going to get a slice of it back. You can call it money laundering, influence peddling, bribery or whatever you want but only a total moron would fail to realize that these folks are motivated more by lining their own pockets than they are anything else.
