If you were "Coach for the day" and could make one permanent change to our team/staff, what would it be?

Only one thing - you can't fire a whole position group, group of coaches, etc. You could let go one coach, swap out one player, etc.

Yeah, can't disagree. Our WR's used to be a heck of a lot of fun to watch, now it's painful.

I’d let the OC we hired do his job and do my job as the HC. If he didn’t cut it he’d be looking for other jobs.
