How many zoos have y’all been to? I’ve actually been to like 15 around the country. Used to always go when we went to new cities with my dad’s work when I was little.
Today im checking out the Omaha zoo which I supposed to be one of the best in the world. Usually considered a solid 2nd best in the USA after San Diego.

And Williams Brice stadium, also in Columbia.

It’s will be even worse bc they think they have a chance after beating a crap team. I’m looking forward to our game against the coots. Our defense will eat that QB up in his first time at the valley.

I actually really enjoy zoos as I was always an animal enthusiast. I wanted to be a veterinarian but did a report on it in high school and back then they made shiat for money so I pivoted. Should have ran with it bc now with your own practice you can make half a million easy. People are much more willing to spend bank on a pet now than 30 years ago when Dad took him out back of the log cabin w a shotgun and put it out of its misery if dog got hurt.
For reference my first years we lived in a log cabin my father built in the Adirondack mountains of upstate NY. Goats, sheep, chickens, German Shepards, grow room… etc.

Omaha is up there as well based on my visit today. Very large and one of the cool parts is that it comes with an aquarium as well.

Bee City was fun and sad. We brought in beers and drank while walking around. Sad animals everywhere.

In those type situations. Like a penguin in a 12/12 enclosure w a 6/6 pool as seen in Charleston aquarium before. Surely if you gave it opposable thumbs, a conscience, and a handgun… lights out

Sure there’s some benefit to protecting endangered species but overall I believe wild animals need to be in the wild.

most of them now do a great job of providing a fairly natural habitat and there is a lot of evidence that people are more likely to preserve natural habitat if they have a place to come and see what lives there.

Wednesday night, $5 cover, they hand you a red Solo cup when you walk in and draft, cheap wine, and well drinks were free from 9pm until midnight. Maybe a dozen of us from Johnstone made the trip down and for some reason we all decided that whiskey sours would be the drink of the night. I vomited on the table we were all sitting at, I think I was one of four from our group that conspicuously vomited inside the club that night. One of our group had come to Clemson from Athens to try and walk on the baseball team...under Bill Wilhelm, who notoriously did not keep walk-ons. I woke up at his parents' house the next morning, thank goodness they were out of town that week.
IT WAS A GLORIOUS NIGHT.
I think.

I think I can remember them all, but...
-Washington DC. Fantastic. -St. Louis. Pretty solid. -Riverbanks. Good. -Greenville. Okay. -Hollywild. This #### show is horrific and should have been shut down ages ago.
Dang, I think that's it.
