Issues with UGA game tickets/Aflac App

I received an email saying my tix were ready to download on the AFLAC/Peach Bowl App. Nothing is in there. Looked in my IPTAY and Ticketmaster accounts and nothing (everything is supposedly all Ticketmaster based).

Any clue where to start? IPTAY, Ticketmaster, or Aflac Game contacts?

but for what it's worth... Aflac Game App shows my ticket. And so does TicketMaster.


Clemson's Football App / AM Ticketmaster page does not show my ticket.

idk what's going up. Seems to only show home game tickets

so i guess just re-install the Aflac App

When I downloaded the app, it automatically logged me in since I was already signed into the clemson/Iptay ticket manager.

If you haven't, log into manage tickets in Iptay first then re-download and open the app.

Download the App in the email from Clemson.
Then sign up within the App.
On the App Home page near the bottom click the ticket icon.
Then Manage ticket as shown in the photo.
That will take you to Ticketmaster
Log in with your Clemson ticket password.
It took a while to link the accounts.
I had to log out of the App and back in and then the tickets were there.

The App was also helpful in finding parking options.

Did you use your IPTAY login and password to log into the Aflac app?
I had a similar issue, but after some time, I logged into Aflac with my Georgiadogs login/password and the tix were there.
They're having to coordinate data from three places: Aflac app, Ticketmaster, and IPTAY/Georgiadogs so it's taking some time, and they're having some snafu's. But they should be in the Aflac app under your IPTAY login/password.
