I was driving in the HOV lane this morning, going about 12mp

h over the speed limit and this bike gets right up on my bumper. Guy was being a tool, but no way I'm brake checking a bike. As this was not a separte HOV lane, when the guy gets to a small gap in cars to our right, he hits it and zips around me. It was then I saw the big ol' Hell's Angels Virginia patch on his back. My suppressing my inner d-bag and not brake checking, bird flipping, etc. was a pretty wise decision.

riding in the RH lane whilest I was zipping along at 80 or so in the left lane, in the wide-open stretch of I77 north of Statesville. Suddenly the lead dog swerved over into the left lane in front of me, followed by his minions. Although they had several opportunities to pull over into the RH lane in the sorta spaced out traffic, and they clearly wanted to go about the 70 mph speed limit, they kept blocking my path for several miles. Lakebum blood pressure jump. So I get a decent opening on the right, and gun that 4Runner for all she's worth. They speed up. However, I'm willing, able, and do climb to 100 mph, cut over in front of the lead dog, and slow down. No one-finger salutes, just a cold stare as I pass the lead dog. Which he did not acknowledge. These were posers on their Harleys, some namby-pamby club name like "Middle Manager Harley Dudes" or something.
Once I got around them, they faded away in the rearview.
